SACRAMENTO – Assemblymember Jim Frazier, D-Discovery Bay, honored Fairfield resident United States Marine Corp Sergeant Major Jesse Branch (Retired) as Assembly District 11’s 2018 Veteran of the Year at a ceremony today in Sacramento.

Branch was among 80 service men and women who were honored at the California State Assembly Veterans Affairs Committee’s 11th Annual Veterans Recognition Luncheon in Sacramento.
