Education is one of the most important opportunities in a person's life. As your Assemblymember, I am dedicated to helping ensure that my constituents have access to a variety of educational resources. Whether you are going back to school after several years, or continuing your educational career, these resources should help ensure that you get the most out of your education.
Assemblymember Jim Frazier, 11th District
Solano and Contra Costa County have many wonderful public schools. I've provided contact information for local school districts in the area below.

Note: If you are a high school student applying to either a community college or a four-year university, your counselor can assist you through the application process.
If you are a resident of Solano or Contra Costa County, there are two local community colleges that can provide you with the education you need to earn your associate degree, a specialized certificate, or credits required to transfer to a four-year institution.

Assist.org is an online tool designed to help students determine which community college courses are equivalent to, and receive the same credit as a similar course taken at a CSU or UC. Taking these critical courses while at the community college can greatly reduce the time and money spent at a CSU or UC.
Note: It is important to speak with a counselor at your community college, they are the greatest assets students have while attending college.
