Assembly Introduces Measure Directing High Speed Rail Authority to Obtain Approval before Entering Into Long-Term Contracts

Sacramento, CA – Transportation Committee Chairman Jim Frazier (D- Fairfield), joined by a majority of his Assembly colleagues, introduced House Resolution 97, directing the High-Speed Rail Authority (HSRA) to not enter into certain contracts before the Legislature has considered and approved its funding request for the remaining High-Speed Rail bond funds.
